What's the big idea: Sleep scentsations

One of my favourite shops in the US has to be Anthropology. If you don’t love this shop you’ve got issues. It’s just so pretty! The visual merchandising is insane, the clothes are immaculate and they sell the cutest home stuff. Favourite item: doorknobs. There so cute and vintage it makes me emotional.

Something that surprised me is there use of candles and incense around the store so that you can have a multi sensory experience...

This got me thinking that smells in shops are becoming so important. Abercrombie and Hollister spray all of their clothes with their signature scents, something that has continued over here in England.

So here’s the BIG IDEA. People are gonna want to smell nice things all the time whether your in the supermarket or at home. Enter Sleep Scentscations.

This brand sells pillow liners that you stick in your pillow case and should make you feel more relaxed when you’re going to sleep. But the smells are a little different...

They sell your standard white lily, and jasmines scents but they also sell the day at the beach scent, fresh cut grass, a summers day and weirdest of all boyfriends shirt.

This would be a new level of weird but I’m kind of enjoying it...
